He received his professional training in Artistic Yoga under Dr. Bharat Thakur in Bangalore, where he developed a strong foundation in Hatha Yoga, breathwork, alignment, and mindful movement. He is a Certified Yoga Volunteer, having completed the Yoga Volunteer Certification Course recognized by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, through an accredited institution.

His teaching style blends traditional Hatha Yoga with functional fitness, incorporating bodyweight exercises, free-weight training, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, stretching, and relaxation practices. He also conducts gentle, wellness-oriented yoga sessions designed to improve mobility, posture, flexibility, and stress management. These sessions support overall well-being and complement a healthy lifestyle but are not a substitute for medical treatment.
